The director of Exclusive Relocation Simone Hoffman-Felix has over six years experience living and working in Sydney and has an intimate knowledge of the city of Sydney, the different characteristics of  its suburbs and the housing market. Originally from the Netherlands , she has had a great deal of personal experience in the relocation process, and can provide a truly objective perspective of the city.

“As part of creating  an upmarket shopping guide to boutique and unique stores in Sydney, SydneyStyle, I discovered all the ins and outs of the city, just as locals know them. And with “moving house” being one of my favourite pastimes, people started telling me I should go into the relocation business because I was the kind of person you would want to have as a relocation agent. That’s why I decided to set up Exclusive Relocation. I heard numerous stories of people that used a relocation agent but weren’t happy about the service, because the agents didn’t really understand and appreciate the process their clients were going through. Having experienced the relocation process myself means that  I can really relate to people’s wants and needs as part of an international move. Helping people find their dream home in this dream city is an enormously rewarding job. I love living in Sydney , I love the Australian lifestyle and I am therefore passionate about sharing this lifestyle to others”
