The director of Exclusive Relocation, Nadia van Houwelingen, has an intimate knowledge of the city of Sydney, the different characteristics of its suburbs and the housing market. Originally from the Netherlands, she has had a great deal of personal experience in the relocation process and combined with over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, she can provide a truly objective perspective of the city.

"When we moved to Sydney in 2009, we used the services of Exclusive Relocation ourselves. Annemarie van der Reijt (previous owner of Exclusive Relocation) showed us all the great suburbs of Sydney. During the car rides, we asked her all about the first needs to settle in. By hiring Exclusive Relocation, we quickly knew; how the real estate market works here, how Sydney is set up, where we wanted to live and where you can find all the nice 'places to go'. Especially her local knowledge of the city and know how made the difference for us. After working for the company for a while as a consultant, I took over the business in 2011. Having experienced the relocation process myself as a customer as well as a consultant means that I can really relate to people's wants and needs as part of an international move. Helping people find their dream home in this dream city is an enormously rewarding job. I love living in Sydney, I love the Australian lifestyle and I enjoy sharing this with people by showing them around in this city and by helping them to feel at home!"
