Approach and Services

First we would evaluate your wants, needs and budget guidelines through a detailed property brief completed by you. We would then search for your desired property by using a variety of sources such as real estate agents, internet sites and print media, and our own network which may have properties that are not advertised (“Silent Sales”).

We will communicate the results of our searches each week and work together with you towards a selected short-list of properties. Detailed descriptions and photos will be provided of short-listed properties to help you in the selection and decision process.

Should you select a property, we will then organise an assessment to provide an independent valuation of the property you wish to purchase. If required, building inspection surveys can also be arranged.

Finally, we will assist you in the final negotiation of the purchase or rental price, and finding a solicitor to carry out the conveyancing.
