Information Pack

Our clients have found our information pack an extremely valuable resource. It is filled with up to date information (city, country, government), maps, guide books, directories, publications on activities for all the family and places of interest, and much, much more.

Orientation and Introduction to the City

The orientation morning is where you meet your relocation consultant for the first time and enables you to brief the consultant about your special living needs. A suitable day will then be arranged for your insiders’ introduction to Sydney and a tour of suitable residential areas. Pick up from your temporary accommodation

Home Search

After the Introduction to the City Day, you (and your family) should be able to make an informed decision about the suburb in which you would like to live.
With your expressed requirements and 'wish list' in mind, Exclusive Relocation (ER) will then take a day to source the rental market. A short list of only the best properties will be prepared and an ER consultant will then accompany you on property inspections. If required, ER can also offer assistance with lease documentation and negotiation.
